Anyone combine weight lifting with yoga

I go to the gym 5 days a week. I combine it with yoga twice a week. While eating at a deficit. My Goal is to get stronger and to lower my body fat. What do you think?

Hi Lenev. It’s a good combination. Weight lifting gives you core strength while Yoga gives you flexiblity. Keep up the good work!
