Can get enough sleep cause heart disease or even death

Anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?

A recent study published on Dec. 5 in the European Heart Journal found that having an afternoon nap was associated with an increased risk of heart disease and death among those who slept more than six hours a night, yet not for those who got less than 6 hours of sleep per night.
